We ship worldwide. In-stock items usually dispatch within 3–6 business days, while custom or personalised pieces may take around 5–7 business days to prepare.

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

30-day returns and exchanges are available on eligible unused items with original packaging. Custom, engraved or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty & Care

• Every KORA piece includes a 1-year maintenance service for your peace of mind.

• This includes professional cleaning and basic setting checks for normal wear. For repairs or further assessment, please contact our customer care team.

• To keep your jewellery shining, avoid perfumes, harsh chemicals, swimming pools, hot springs and seawater. Store each piece separately in its pouch or jewellery box when not in use.
