▎Why does pure silver turn black?

925 sterling silver contains 7.5% copper. When it comes into contact with sulfides in the air, it will produce silver sulfide (black oxide). This is normal and does not mean that the quality is poor!

5 cleaning methods

1. Baking soda + aluminum foil
